As some of you may be aware, I had a decent amount of body work done on my car, The Newt, recently. Unfortunately…the car came back yesterday and it was beautiful. Why is that unfortunate? Because it was beautifully the wrong color. :/
I asked for this:
Blue Flame Metallic
but I instead got this:
Grabber Blue (Wrong Color)
Needless to say, I’m not happy. I won’t find out what’ll happen until tomorrow. I just hope this doesn’t get derpy.
Oh! And another thing.
Evidently the BMV can take your money, promise you something, then change the policy a few months later and you’re simply screwed. I found out today that I don’t get my vanity plate in April after all. Instead, I have to wait until September. If I want it now, I have to pay again, despite being told at the time of the transaction last September that I’d have my plate in April at no additional cost. Ain’t that some shit? Seriously, who do I bitch to about this one?
