Bacon Wrapped Egg with Shrimp, Goat Cheese, Smoked Cheddar, Chives, Cilantro, Thyme, and Dill

I made a whole batch of these delicious things the other day for a pre-GenCon party. They were quite well received. I learned how to make them by watching this YouTube video.

: Partially cookin’ the bacon

: Shredding applewood smoked cheddar

: Shredded applewood smoked cheddar

: Delicious oil for the pan

: A pile of partially cooked bacon

: EGGS

: Eggs, cupcake tray, bekkin

: A bekkin cup

: Bekkin cups

: Eggs in the holes

: Add cheeses, herbs, and some shrayamps

: All done and beautiful. ^_^
